When will my order be delivered?

The fastest way to check delivery status is via the carrier tracking. However, if you think there may be a problem with your delivery or if you are having trouble checking the tracking then do contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can I change my order?

Yes, contact us and we may be able to edit or cancel your order. But beware that orders are often dispatched quickly and it may not be possible to change.

Can I see products in person?

No, we only sell online. But contact us and let us know the product you are interested in and we may be able to direct you to a local retailer that has stock on display.

Do you offer a click and collect service?

No, products can only be shipped from our warehouse to the address of your choice.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Sorry, we don't offer a gift wrap service and are unable to include any messages with orders. But if you are sending a product as a gift be assured that we never include an invoice with the package.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind you can return your order within 14 days, as long as it is in the original condition including packaging then we are happy to refund you. For more details see our refund policy page.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

Please notify us of damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or refund the item and will also refund any freight costs incured.

What should I do if an item is faulty?

All our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have an issue that you think is due to a manufacturing fault then please contact us and we will check if we can replace the item under warranty. If possible please include pictures to show the issue and also your original order number or date of purchase.

When will an item be back in stock?

If an item is temporarily out of stock but more stock has already been ordered from our supplier then the expected arrival date is shown on the product page of the website.

If an item is out of stock but no date is shown then this means that at this time we have been unable to order more stock. As soon as we have more information then the website will be updated.

How do I find more details about a product?

On the product page select Details to see more detailed product information including specifications and dimensions.

How much does shipping cost?

Please see our shipping page for shipping costs and transit times.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched same day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

Where do you ship from?

All our stock is held in our Sydney warehouse and is ready to dispatch immediately.
